The Workplace Aptitude Test (WAT) is a general indicator of an individual's ability to solve work-related problems and to think clearly and logically in an efficient and effective manner. Individuals who score high on this test have been identified by their supervisors as employees who follow instructions and complete the task at hand with little supervision. These individuals are also able to learn new ideas/materials with ease.
The degree to which the individual learns quickly, problem solves effectively, is able to solve basic mathematical problems, has a good command of vocabulary and has spatial reasoning skills.
