The Office Skills-Excel Skills Test assesses an individual's skill level by requiring them to answer questions relating to the following Excel functions (Analysis, Editing, File Management, Formatting, Functions, Graphics and Tools and Automation). Scores for Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels are provided.

Degree to which the candidate has the ability to edit Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
Degree to which the candidate has the knowledge to manage files within Microsoft Excel.
Degree to which the candidate has the ability to use the formatting feature within Microsoft Excel.
Degree to which the candidate has the knowledge to use and create functions within Microsoft Excel.
Degree to which the candidate has the ability to create graphics using Microsoft Excel.
Degree to which the candidate has the ability to use the Tools and Automation functions within Microsoft Excel.
