The Office Skills-Outlook Skills Test assesses an individual's skill level by requiring them to perform critical Outlook functions (i.e., Calendar, Contacts, Folders, Mail, Tasks and Tools). Scores for Basic, Intermediate and Advanced levels are provided.

Degree to which the candidate is able to use various tools within Microsoft Outlook.
